Five people including two foreign aid workers have been killed in a blast in the southern Somali port of Kismayo.Three of the five - a Kenyan doctor, a French logistics expert and a Somali driver - worked for the Dutch branch of aid agency Medicins Sans Frontieres.
A Somali boy and a reporter were also killed by the roadside bomb.
